P&C Mission Statement

The Mimosa P&C exists to create a community that assists the school in providing the most favourable learning environment and facilities for its students and staff, supporting the learning and development of each individual child.

Mimosa P&C Objectives

Our objectives are :

• to provide facilities, equipment, resources and access to opportunities that support learning, personal development and student well being
• to provide a forum for discussion and debate of matters associated with the school
• to encourage parental participation within the classroom and in activities which support the school as a whole
• to value and promote access to an equal education for all children
• to facilitate opportunities for Mimosa families to get together and get to know each other, enriching the supportive and nurturing atmosphere that exists within the school
• to create an environment where all feel welcome and that all views are appreciated
• to assist where the submissions for grants are required, continue fundraising and social activities which support and promote the school
