Ongoing :
- Contribute funding to the annual school budget to support programs in Key Learning Areas (English, Mathematics, Science, PDHPE & HSIE) across all Stages, specialist programs or initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of up to date technology facilities within classrooms and in the school public areas such as hall, library and computer room.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of sporting facilities, play equipment and resources to support school physical development, fitness and sport programs.
- Support the maintenance of School grounds: bush control, tree maintenance, nature walks, paving, play equipment, orchard garden, oval surfaces, outdoor classroom, gardens, sculpture, garden art.
- Promote sustainable use of resources within the school (paper, power, water
Short Term (2008/9) :
- Improve access for prams/strollers and wheelchairs (particularly from Blackbutts Rd entrance).
- Improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs to the school (utilising Sustainable Schools Government Grant if possible)
- Establish and promote P&C Mimosa Playgroup (with support of NSW Playgroup Association)
- Paint and refit band room as required to maintain aesthetic, health and food safety requirements

- Investigate shade structure (compile budget predictions and time-frame for completion)
- Presentation Night Awards (P&C to award book with Certificate)
- Support & invest in additional educational programs and resources (Science, Computing, etc)
Mid Term (2010) :
- Purchase of instruments to support the band program
- Provide activities / resources for upper primary students (cricket nets & sport equipment)
- Install shade structure
- Identify possible new areas for major capital expenditure
Long Term (2011) :
- Air-conditioning of classrooms and support buildings
- Utilise and plumb water collected by Rainwater Tank into toilets
- Install Solar Power to reduce ongoing financial cost of the school's electricity
These goals reflect the range of opinions and priorities of parents across all stages of the school. The P&C, in conjunction with the school, will plan to address as many of these identified goals as is possible given funding requirements and ongoing school improvement planning.
